As Site Maintenance Engineer, youll ensure that the office, depot, and associated facilities are maintained safely, efficiently, and in line with best practices and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance (Electrically Biased) Maintain the buildings and facilities to the highest standard, ensuring equipment and infrastructure operate effectively. Perform both planned and reactive maintenance. Monitor and maintain large industrial ammonia refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. Maintain compliance documentation and conduct regular audits using CMMS (Shire). Carry out mandatory checks, including:
