This position plays a vital part in the delivery of complex repair services, including works related to damp and mould, plastering, and general multi-trade maintenance. About the Role This is a customer-facing, field-based role requiring a strong commitment to quality repairs and responsive service. The postholder will be expected to work independently across occupied and void properties, conducting a variety of tasks to ensure homes are safe, warm and in good order. Works will include damp treatment, mould washes, plastering, basic plumbing, tiling, and flooring installations.
