Salary: £44,500

We are seeking a committed and motivated Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team at a leading industrial site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is passionate about maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out remedial engineering work on industrial equipment as directed by the Engineering Manager.
Diagnose and repair machinery in a safe and timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
Collaborate with senior engineers and management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions through small projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of plant, machinery, and maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate progress effectively to relevant stakeholders.Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (days and nights).What We Offer
