Key Responsibilities

Deliver daily OEE requirements via machine uptime activity. Ensure all planned work requests are reacted to quickly and effectively to resolve production issues. Conduct planned/predictive maintenance work as required. Ensure the spare parts are available to deliver fast effective repairs. Identify and control critical spares usage. Acknowledge customer work requests and report progress. Always operate in line with safe working practices. Communication of priorities between shifts. Ensure all incomplete work request are followed up and completed on time to improve. customer satisfaction. Record machine history data on the CMMS. Undertake training as required to carry out the job function. Delivery clear shift hand over information to incoming shift.

Essential Required experience/skills/qualifications:

Previous experience in a planned maintenance capacity. Competent electrical to fault finding ability. PLC knowledge Previous experience in a maintenance capacity in a fast[1]moving manufacturing environment.
