Your responsibilities as Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
  • Maintain, service, and repair production machinery to ensure maximum uptime
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Support planned preventative maintenance to reduce breakdown risks
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and engineering standards
  • Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of machinery and systems
What were looking for in a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
  • Relevant engineering qualification (mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical)
  • Previous experience in maintenance within a production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance best practices
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methods such as lean or 5S
