Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Devon (Commutable from Exeter, Tiverton, Okehampton, Taunton)
Salary: £54,000 + Enhanced Overtime
Shift Pattern: 4O4O (12-hour shifts)
06:00-18:00//18:00 - 06:00

Zest have partnered up with a growing and successful FMCG in the heart of Devon. We are seeking Multiple Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and expanding company. We are looking to speak to both Electrical or Mechanical Engineers!

The Role
* Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
* Ensuring the smooth operation of the production facilities.
* Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.
* Ensuring minimal downtime by efficiently managing breakdowns as well support.
* Collaborating with the production team to optimise equipment performance.
* Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed.
* Carry out site service maintenance when required.

What We're Looking For
* A strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
* Experience in an FMCG environment (preferred).
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
