Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer – Port Talbot Area – Up to £45k DOE, plus overtime, plus excellent benefits

We’re looking for a proactive Muti-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site based in the Port Talbot area. This role focuses on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving a more planned, proactive maintenance approach.

Salary: Up to £45k DOE, plus overtime, plus excellent benefits.

Hours of work: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Location: Port Talbot Area

Multiskilled Maintenance Responsibilities:

* Own and improve the PPM programme

* Manage and develop the CMMS system

* Carry out fault finding and root cause analysis

* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

* Work closely with production to minimise downtime

* Contribute to engineering projects and equipment upgrades

* Ensure high standards of health & safety

The successful candidate:

* Maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

* Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills

* Experience with planned maintenance or CMMS systems

* Proactive, hands-on, and improvement-focused

* NVQ, HNC/HND, Apprenticeship or similar in an Engineering discipline

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer who is looking to shape and improve maintenance systems with a mix of hands-on, systems, and project work
