Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

We're working with a manufacturing business who operate from state of the art manufacturing facilities in Barnsley. This business are operating at a very healthy state and are expanding their Barnsley operation with a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (electrical bias). If you're looking to embark on an exciting and rewarding career within a fast paced manufacturer then look no further.

The Person:

* NVQ Level 3 (Apprentice Trained).

* Experienced with electrical and mechanical faults.

* Experienced in manufacturing environment.

The Role:

* Electrical/Mechanical maintenance of all manufacturing machinery across site.

* PLC fault finding.

* Reactive maintenance.

* Project work.

* Working closely with production to ensure production machinery is running smoothly and safely.

* Planned preventative maintenance.

* Adhering to site H&S.

This position is working 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off 12 hour days and nights. Salary is up to £48,150. Contact Shaun Treacy at Questech Recruitment for more information
