We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on a variety of production equipment, with a competitive salary and a structured 3-shift pattern across Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure all plant and machinery operate efficiently by carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. You will work across mechanical and electrical systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximise production uptime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform planned preventative maintenance across machinery and plant

Respond promptly to reactive maintenance and breakdowns

*

Fault find and repair electrical and mechanical systems

*

Support continuous improvement projects to optimise efficiency

*

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment

*

Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

*

Experience with production machinery, automated lines, or packaging equipment

*

Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent)

*

Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills

The Package

£55,000 basic salary per annum

3-shift rotation Monday–Friday: 6–2 / 2–10 / 10–6
