We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-growing modular building company. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure modular buildings remain safe, fully operational, and maintained to the highest standards. About the Role: Perform planned and reactive maintenance across modular buildings Work independently, following structured maintenance programmes Log all work accurately in digital maintenance software Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship Buildings Youll Work On: Anti-Vandal, Containex, Jackleg, Steel Frame, and Timber Frame units Key Responsibilities: Joinery, electrical, plumbing, and general fault-finding Replace lights, switches, heaters, water heaters, sockets, and PIR sensors Plumbing repairs (taps, toilets, cisterns, flush handles, leaks) Travel between sites (company van and fuel card provided) Skills & Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance Understanding of modular building systems Strong problem-solving skills and practical mindset Full UK driving licence In return for a Competitive salary, Company Van, Pension, Private Health Insurance & lots more!
