We are looking to recruit two Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment on a permanent night shift.

This is a great opportunity for engineers who enjoy problem solving, working with modern equipment, and playing a key role in keeping production running at peak efficiency.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment, with a strong focus on electrical fault finding, diagnostics, and reliability improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across production equipment

Lead electrical fault finding to minimise downtime

Respond rapidly to breakdowns and restore operations efficiently

Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules

Support daily production start-ups

Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment

Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and housekeeping

Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams

Drive continuous improvement and reduce equipment failures

About You

Electrically biased with strong fault-finding skills

NVQ Level 3 / HNC (or equivalent) in engineering

Experience in fast-paced manufacturing (FMCG or food preferred)

Good mechanical understanding

Proactive, reliable, and able to work nights independently

Strong awareness of health & safety
