Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer\n\nAre you a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a rol ethat could offer you future progression and the ability to earn an OTE of 60k?\n\nMy client, a leading UK manufacturer is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their Staffordshire production site.\n\nThis role offers career progression to senior levels, an OTE of £60,000, 33 days holiday and premium pay for weekend work.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nThe Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work a double days rotating shift pattern, maintaining production machinery and manufactuing equipment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Fault-finding and maintenance of industrial machinery\n\n * Performing planned and predictive maintenance\n\n * Assessing spare parts requirements and prioritising workload\n\n * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high safety standards\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\n * Time-served electrical/apprenticeship qualification or equivalent\n\n * Experience with industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics\n\n * Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and effective communication\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer seeking career development, senior responsibility, and enhanced earnings
