This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to expand their knowledge and skills within an industry leading employer, with a defined progression pathway.\n\nIf you have experience as a Maintenance Engineer/Technician, ideally within Food/FMCG manufacturing, apply now for an immediate response!\n\nThe Job You’ll Do;\n\n * Maintaining factory, warehouse, and office facilities to a high standard\n\n * Upholding and enhancing the safety, compliance, and quality of manufactured products\n\n * Ensuring all production and warehouse equipment is properly maintained and fully operational\n\n * Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards are consistently met\n\n * Assisting production teams to support smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted operations\n\n * Overseeing subcontractors when required to ensure work is completed safely and effectively\n\n * Carrying out routine servicing of production machinery and addressing breakdowns promptly\n\n * Accurately documenting servicing activities, maintenance work, and equipment failures\n\n * Contributing to continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving machinery efficiency and reliability\n\n * Ordering spare parts when the Engineering Team Leader is unavailable\n\n * Participating in site opening and closing procedures while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations\n\nAbout you;\n\n * Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance\n\n * Multi-skilled with mechanical and electrical capability\n\n * Experience within food manufacturing or the FMCG industry is desirable\n\n * Able to work well both in a team and individually\n\n * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume production environment\n\n * Strong communication skills at all levels
