Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer\n\nLocation: Leicester\n Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, rotating days and nights\n\nSalary: £44,500\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking a committed and motivated Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team at a leading industrial site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is passionate about maintenance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out remedial engineering work on industrial equipment as directed by the Engineering Manager.\nDiagnose and repair machinery in a safe and timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to production.\nCollaborate with senior engineers and management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions through small projects.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of plant, machinery, and maintenance activities.\nMaintain accurate records of work completed and communicate progress effectively to relevant stakeholders.Skills & Experience Required\n\nProven experience in a maintenance engineering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nStrong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.\nFlexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (days and nights).What We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunities for training and career development.\nA supportive and collaborative working environment
