Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing
Location: Bridlington, East Yorkshire
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Shifts: 3-shift system (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm / 10pm–6am) | Monday to Friday
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturing site in Bridlington. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
*
Troubleshoot, repair, and install production machinery including conveyors, packaging machines, and process equipment.
*
Perform preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
*
Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance plant performance.
*
Work safely in line with company and industry Health & Safety standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
*
Proven experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
*
Multi-skilled in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
*
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
*
Ability to work flexibly across 3-shift patterns.
*
Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
