The Role We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established feed manufacturing site in Navenby, Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on role within a modern, automated manufacturing environment , where reliability, safety and performance are critical. Youll work across electrical and mechanical systems , delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown support , while contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives. This role suits an engineer who enjoys working on industrial plant , fault-finding under pressure, and being part of a stable, operationally critical manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on feed mill equipment including conveyors, mixers, elevators, presses, coolers and packaging systems.
