We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced, slightly heavy manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and keeping production running smoothly.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWorking as part of a small, supportive engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of mechanical and electrical equipment used in our production processes. \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.\n\nDiagnose faults and complete root-cause analysis.\n\nSupport continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.\n\nWork with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.\n\nMaintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with site standards.\n\nAssist with installations, upgrades, and project work when required.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nTime-served or formally qualified engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-skilled).\n\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment - heavier industry experience advantageous.\n\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.\n\nAbility to work safely, independently, and as part of a team.\n\nGood understanding of PLCs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or similar equipment (not all essential).\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nStraight day shift: Monday to Friday\n\nCompetitive salary + overtime opportunities\n\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\nCompany pension & additional benefits\n\nStable, long-term role within a growing business\n\nTraining and progression opportunities
