JOB DESCRIPTION:

Multi-Skilled Joiner required for a Facilities Management company to carry out planned and preventative maintenance on a large site in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Joiner to join the team. This is a long-term secure contract position with the view to going permanent, with opportunities for progression available.

This role will be working 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Daily responsibilities will include:

Planned and preventative maintenance
General joinery repairs and maintenance (doors, frames, kitchens, fixtures, etc.)
Basic multi-trade tasks (patch plastering, minor plumbing, etc.)
Diagnosing and rectifying faults across building fabric
Carrying out work safely and efficiently
Building relationships with customers on site

Requirements for the role:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a maintenance environment
Multi-skilled background
Ability to carry out basic works across other trades (desirable)
