Multi-Skilled Handyman – FM Service Provider – Commercial Campus – London – up to £30,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Handyman to be based in a prestigious Commercial Campus based in London. This Campus has amazing facilities such as - on-site restaurants for when you are hungry, great cafes to grab a hot drink and much more. They have bike racks on-site for when you want to cycle into work. This site is a short walk from Great Portland street station and 5 minutes away Warren Station.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Building Maintenance.

Package:

Up to £30,000
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Key duties & responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work
Carry out minor installations, such as lighting and socket outlets, under the guidance of a qualified electrician
Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues, such as replacing fuses and bulbs
Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete tasks and projects
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time sheets and job reports
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Provide excellent customer service, responding to client requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous mannerRequirements:

2+ years of experience as a handyman or in a related trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
Minor electrical skills, including knowledge of electrical safety and basic electrical principles
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
Physical stamina to lift, carry, and manoeuvre heavy equipment and materials
Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
