You will be working with a well‑established residential housebuilder delivering high‑quality new build homes across Cumbria. The company has a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for maintaining high finish standards through to handover.
Your new role
As a Freelance Multi‑Skilled Finisher, you will be responsible for completing internal finishing works on new build properties in Kendal. You'll play a key role in preparing homes for customer handover, carrying out snagging, remedial works, and final touches to ensure each plot meets specification and quality expectations.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a multi‑skilled finisher on new build housing projects
Ability to carry out snagging and remedial works to a high standard
Skills across a range of trades such as basic carpentry, patch plastering, decorating, tiling and masticing
Own tools and transport
CSCS card preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
