Location: Snetterton (commutable from Thetford, Attleborough, Snetterton, Wymondham, Diss, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Dereham, Brandon, Watton, and surrounding areas)

We're seeking a proactive engineer who thrives in a busy production setting, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while contributing to continuous improvement and engineering projects.
What you'll do:
Working a rotational shift pattern (6 am-2 pm, 2 pm-10 pm, 10 pm-6 am), you will:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on processing, production, packaging, and site facilities equipment * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently * Respond promptly to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests * Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with engineering projects * Maintain accurate CMMS records * Work with equipment including mixers, check-weighers, fillers, flow-wrappers, and conveyors
