To be part of the Site Engineering Team responsible for the maintenance, maximising machine availability and continued efficient running of the site and site services.

Description

Perform routine and unplanned machine maintenance
Work cross-functionally with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment efficiency
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Identify and troubleshoot machinery problems
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in the design and installation of new equipment
Record and report on maintenance activities
Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures

Average 42 hours per week- 12 hour Panama shift pattern to incorporate full 24/7 coverage of the site.

Profile

A recognised qualification in Engineering (Minimum Level 3)
Experience with both mechanical and electrical systems
PLC System knowledge would be advantageous
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
