A long-established and stable manufacturer in Oxfordshire is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join its experienced day-shift team. This is a newly created role supporting production, site services and ongoing improvement projects.

The Role

- Mechanical and electrical maintenance across a range of site equipment

- Fault-finding, breakdown response and planned maintenance

- Safe working within electrical panels (must hold relevant electrical qualification)

- Supporting small and larger-scale engineering projects

- Hands-on troubleshooting, problem solving and prioritising multiple tasks

What You'll Bring

- Electrical qualification plus solid mechanical competency

- Confident fault-finding (no PLC programming required)

- Practical, common-sense approach and strong communication skills

- Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to get to the root cause of issues

- Manufacturing background preferred (food not essential)
