You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment, supporting continuous operations, and ensuring product safety and output are kept to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in reducing downtime, delivering engineering projects, and driving performance across the site. The Role Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, prioritising your production area. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and troubleshoot reoccurring faults. Fault find efficiently using machine history, documentation, and diagnostic tools. Work closely with production teams, building strong relationships and supporting smooth operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and proactively reduce engineering downtime. Deliver engineering project work as required. Carry out any other relevant engineering duties when needed.
