Location: RG6 1RA, Reading, Berkshire, South East, UKWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at a high-profile sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility, the week will be shared a crossed 2 sitesKey Responsibilities- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Integral and Amazons safety procedures and policies.- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the sites CAFM system.- Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.- Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.Skills & Experience- Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).- Proven experience in a similar multiskilled maintenance role, ideally within a fast-paced or critical environment.- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.TPBN1_UKTJ
