Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Engineer \n\nLocation: Corby\n Shift Pattern: Continentals (6:30-18:30)\n Salary: £47,700 rising to £50,800 after 6-month probation\n Holidays: 21 Days\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer Elec bias to join our high-performance engineering team within a fast-paced FMCG automated distribution environment. This role involves maintaining and operating key warehouse systems while ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMaintain and operate critical automated systems:\n\nConveyors\n\nCranes\n\nCooling systems\n\nOxygen reduction systems\n\nEnsure all work adheres to supplier guidelines and safety standards.\n\nMonitor, manage, and order spare parts in line with company policy and budget.\n\nSupport continuous operational improvement across the site.\n\nExperience, Skills & Qualifications\n\nNVQ Level 3 in Multi-Skilled Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).\n\nCompleted engineering apprenticeship.\n\nExperience working in an FMCG automated warehouse environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, safety-first mindset.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary with increase after probation.\n\nOpportunities for training and progression within the engineering department.\n\nSupportive team structure within a key distribution operation.\n\nAdditional allowances/overtime available.\n\nIf you are interested please send your CV to Kathryn.van- for a confidential discussion
