Bridgeman Recruitment Services ( Agency ) are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Skilled Construction Operatives and Tradespeople to support ongoing refurbishment and fit-out projects across student accommodation and NHS environments.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join established projects with consistent work available across multiple sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carrying out general building and refurbishment works\n\n * Assisting or delivering skilled trade duties depending on experience (e.g. joinery, plastering, flooring, ceiling fixing, roofing)\n\n * Working safely in occupied/live environments\n\n * Following site health & safety procedures at all times\n\n * Supporting site teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule\n\nRequirements\n\n * Previous experience in construction or refurbishment projects\n\n * Ability to work in occupied/live environments\n\n * Valid CSCS card (essential)\n\n * Additional tickets such as DBS, Face Fit, or trade qualifications are advantageous\n\n * Reliability, good attitude, and strong work ethic\n\nDesirable Skills\n\n * Multi-trade capability (joinery, plastering, flooring, etc.)\n\n * Experience on NHS or student accommodation projects\n\n * Ability to work independently or as part of a team\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Ongoing and consistent work across multiple sites\n\n * Competitive pay rates\n\n * Support with compliance (DBS / Face Fit benefit)\n\n * Opportunities for long-term placements and progression
