Vacancy: Multi Skilled Carpenter (Voids) Closing date: Thursday 16 April Shortlisting: Friday 17 April Proposed Interview date: w/c 20 April Salary: £29,626.51 Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12months - 35hrs About the vacancy: We're looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our Property & Place team, helping us maintain and improve homes for our residents. In this hands-on role, you'll carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs and installations - from doors and windows (including fire doors) to stairs, locks, and roofing components. Using your multi-trade skills, you'll also support with basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, fencing, glazing, and locksmith work, ensuring a safe and high-quality service every time. In this role you'll play a key part in delivering an efficient, customer-focused repairs service, working closely with colleagues, using your trade knowledge to support surveys, and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard and within required timescales. You'll also help mentor apprentices, maintain accurate records, uphold health and safety, and positively represent the organisation within the community.
