Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Assessor on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Multi-Skilled Assessor: Responsible for visiting apprentices in the workplace to assess progress against apprenticeship standards. Covering the Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe areas. Conduct regular on-site assessments, reviews, and feedback sessions. Ensure apprentices are meeting required competencies and learning outcomes. Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation. Provide guidance and support to apprentices throughout their development. Work closely with employers to monitor progress and performance. Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and developing young people. Skills and Qualifications for the Multi-Skilled Assessor: Relevant trade qualifications are essential.
