Multi-Site Manager Learning Disabilities\nLocation: Birmingham\nSalary: Up to £75,000 per annum\nService Type: 2-bedded residential homes for children with learning disabilities\n\nDo you have a track record of driving excellence across complex care environments?\n\nAre you ready to influence quality, compliance, and outcomes across a group of high-performing specialist homes?\n\nWe’ve partnered with a respected and growing children’s provider supporting people with learning disabilities across Birmingham, seeking a forward-thinking Multi-Site Manager to oversee the operation of multiple 2-bedded residential services. This is a senior-level opportunity for a leader who thrives on accountability, development, and service growth.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nReporting into a supportive and knowledgeable senior leadership team which includes an Ex-Ofsted Inspector and Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for the operational and regulatory oversight of several small, specialist children’s homes.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Providing strategic and operational leadership across multiple residential settings.\n\n * \n\n Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and clinical frameworks.\n\n * \n\n Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Registered Managers to maintain high standards of care.\n\n * \n\n Leading service improvement and quality assurance initiatives.\n\n * \n\n Working closely with the Clinical and Quality teams to drive consistency and outcomes.\n\n * \n\n Contributing to the continued growth and development of new, high-quality services.\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Experienced leader within children’s residential or learning services.\n\n * \n\n Proven success managing multiple sites or holding RI responsibilities.\n\n * \n\n Deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, governance, and safeguarding.\n\n * \n\n Strong strategic acumen with a passion for continuous improvement and excellence.\n\n * \n\n Collaborative, inspirational leadership style that motivates teams and drives accountability.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Salary: Up to £75,000 (depending on experience).\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to join an innovative, growth-focused provider.\n\n * \n\n Support from a highly skilled senior leadership team with sector-leading expertise.\n\n * \n\n Scope to shape and influence service delivery across multiple specialist homes.\n\nThis is a rare senior opportunity for a leader who wants to help shape the future of specialist children’s residential services within a forward-thinking, clinically informed setting.\n\nApply today or contact us for a confidential conversation
