Together the two hotels form a complex operation of nearly 480 keys requiring a General Manager who can lead with strategic focus and a strong passion for innovative F&B and guest engagement. Job Description YOUR ROLE: Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day. Provide strategic and operational leadership across both hotels. Drive revenue growth, cost control and overall financial performance. Maximise the success and evolution of the MAM concept Restaurant. Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance. Act as a visible leader and ambassador for ibis, Novotel and Accor Qualifications YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE: Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment. Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results. Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
