Multi-Site Facilities Caretaker
/n
You will need to be flexible, responsible and be proactive and responsive to maintenance and caretaking and have a keen eye for detail in order to meet our high standards.
/n
Duties include (but are not limited to):
/n
/n - Regularly inspecting sites and identifying and resolving any maintenance repairs to ensure a safe environment. /n - Organising and scheduling equipment maintenance tasks. /n - Responsibility for vehicle safety and hydro pool maintenance and safety. /n - Working alongside the Health and Safety team to oversee development projects on site. /n - Overseeing the Cleaners and managing cleaning operations to maintain building standards. /n

The Successful candidate will have:
/n
/n - Experience of Caretaking Maintenance/Handyperson skills /n - Being prepared to lone work and be a key holder /n - Hold a full driving license and willing to drive to other centres /n - Required to share responsibility of being On-Call for the sites /n
