£35,000 - £45,000 DOE

We are recruiting an experienced Multimodal Business Development Managerto generate new business for a well-established freight forwarder with offices across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively win new business across Central England

  • Sell multimodal freight services including: Airfreight (Import & Export)Seafreight (FCL & LCL) HM Customs clearance & documentation

  • European Roadfreight

  • Build strong relationships with new customers

  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs

  • Work closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery

Key Requirements

  • Proven new business sales experience within Freight Forwarding

  • Strong knowledge of Road, Air & Sea freight import/export services

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
