Job Title: Multi Trader - Temp to Perm

Area: North London

Pay: £45,000 (OTE £60,000)

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

My client is looking for Experienced Multi Traders for their flagship Repairs and Maintenacne contract in South East London. they are looking for workers with a can do attitude, who takes pride in their work and appearance and are willing to go the extra mile and will pay accordingly.

Duties will include:

* Carpentry (essential)

* Plumbing (essential)

* Plastering

* Tiling

* Painting and decorating

Requirements:

* Multi Trade experience

* Social housing experience

* UK Driving Licence
