Peacock Sourcing Limited are currently recruiting for Multi Trader to work for their well-established client based in Southwest London.

In this role you will join a rapidly expanding business that offers Multi Trader services to businesses and home within central London, and with a busy year ahead our client is in desperate need of a competent multi trader.

The ideal candidate should have:

* Previous experience as a Multi Trader using hand tools working on commercial or domestic property with a strong background doing plumbing, carpentry and painting.

* If you are qualified to carry out electrical work, this is advantageous.

* If you have experience with pest control such as removal of bedbugs, this is advantageous.

* Good manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination and a positive attitude.

* Good level of English both written and spoken.

* Be punctual, arrive to work on time and be both reliable and honest.

* The ability to work alone or as part of a team.

* Be currently registered as self-employed or at least be willing to become so.

* Willing to travel between jobs sites within central London.

* The candidate should also live in London and be able to start ASAP.

Working Hours

Mon – Fri (35 hours per week guaranteed)

Pay

£25 per hour

Duties

As a Multi Trader you will be responsible for carrying out property maintenance work such as (plumbing, various carpentry tasks along with painting & decorating and electrical work)

As our client also provides Multi Trader services to surrounding businesses and homes within central London the successful candidate will be required to be involved in this side of the business as well. (The client will cover any travel expenses)

As a Multi Trader you will also be expected to carry out pest control, particularly removal of bedbugs.

This contract is open ended as the business is rapidly expanding and ramping up work over February, it should be noted that this role offers significant opportunities for growth inside the business as it expands.
