Skilled Careers is working with a leading client in the social housing sector, we are looking for an experienced Multi Trade to join a team with a main contractor in the Liverpool area on a permanent basis.
If successful, you’ll be expected to carry out a range of repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.
Overview for the role:
Job Title: Multi Trade
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £16.25-£19.77Per hour
Temp to Perm - OTE £38k Per Annum

Responsibilities of the Multi Trade:
Perform first and second fix plumbing, including radiator installation and system draining/refilling.
Carry out structural repairs and installations: ceilings, floor joists, stairs, stud walls, partitioning, flooring (T&G or sheet), doors, casings, skirting, handrails, and ducting panelling.
Install and finish bathrooms: shower trays, full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers), tiling, and patch plastering.
Complete painting and decorating tasks to a high standard.
Requirements for Carpenter role:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry or Plumbing
Valid CSCS
Asbestos Awareness
Social Housing Experience
Full UK Driving License...
