What youll have A proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industryA relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairsA proven ability to diagnose/problem solve, undertake and complete work to high levels of quality and customer satisfactionA thorough understanding and commitment to health and safety A strong work ethic, knows what good looks like and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision Is a people person with excellent customer service skills A valid UK driving licenceWe are keen to invite the best people to join us as soon as possible so we will be interviewing and hiring on an ongoing basis.
