Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Technician/Maintenance Operative in Salford, Manchester. \n\nLocation: Salford, Manchester\n\nSalary: £15 per hour \n\nWorking Hours: 1 day per week 08:00 - 17:00 (can be flexible on which day) \n\nContract Type: Temporary\n\nRole Overview:\n\nTo support the account in the completion of a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance activities\n\nWhat you'll do:\n\nSupport the Works Supervisor in the completion of a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance activities in accordance with site and company rules, procedures and Safe Systems of Work. These activities include but are not limited to the following:\n\nBuilding fabric\n\nPainting and decorating\nRepairs/replacement of door furniture\nRepairs to flooring internal / external\nGeneral carpentry\nOther reactive tasks Office furniture\n\nFitting of computer monitor arms \nRepairs to desk pedestals\nAdjustments to desks\nAssisting with desk moves and training room set ups Escorting\n\nEscorting of sub-contractors/personnel who require escorting in order to complete their activities\nComplete and maintain records and paperwork in support of the above activities.
