Multi-Trade Operative

Property Maintenance & Refurbishment Were looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our property maintenance and refurbishment team based in Worthing West Sussex. Operating in, but not exclusive to, Sussex & Hampshire. This role is ideal for a practical, dependable & skilled all-rounder who enjoys varied work across residential and light commercial properties. The Role Youll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance, repair and refurbishment duties including: Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix) Basic plumbing and sanitary fittings Plastering and making good Tiling and flooring Decorating and finishing General building and snagging works Kitchen fitting Bathroom Fitting The role will involve both reactive maintenance and planned refurbishment projects.
