About the Job:
We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in London, who specialise in building maintenance within commercial & residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in the building maintenance industry and a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial or residential environment.
Duties will include but not limited to:
  • General Maintenance Duties
  • General Carpentry
  • General Plumbing
  • Repairs to furniture
  • Minor Decorating/Painting
  • Installation of shelves
  • Installation of window restrictors
  • Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
  • Completion of work sheets via our mobile app
  • This is a mobile role
Required qualifications and experience:
  • expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
  • A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
  • Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
  • A HSE understanding
  • Full UK Drivers License (not essential)
  • Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone
  • Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard
  • A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry
  • City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
  • Must be willing to have the company obtain a security screening certificate which will be paid for by the company
Job type: Permanent and Full Time
Date: April 2026
Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 per annum
