Responsibilities Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks including Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling and general maintenance works at social housing sites. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines. Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines. Communicating with tenants and team members to ensure smooth operational delivery. Completing relevant documentation and reports associated with each job.
