Your new company We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to work on void properties and social housing across Bristol. This is a fast-paced role focusing on preparing empty social housing properties for re-letting. You will carry out a varied range of repairs, replacements, and finishing work to bring homes up to a safe and lettable standard.
Your new role As a multi-skilled operative, duties will include but are not limited to: Complete multi-trade repairs and refurbishments within void social housing properties. Carry out carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general repairs. Replace internal doors, skirting boards, architraves, frames, fixtures, and fittings. Install, adjust, or repair kitchen units, worktops, cupboard doors, and basic plumbing fixtures. Patch plastering and making good damaged walls and ceilings. Wall and floor tiling, re-grouting, and sealing. Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-managing operative with experience working in social housing or similar residential environments.
