Starting Salary at
£32,505 per annum, with future progression opportunities to
£36,051, depending on skills and experience, plus company vehicle
and additional earning opportunities through call
out.

About the
role
We are looking for a Multi
Skilled Operative to join our newly created Healthy Homes Team.
This team will focus on delivering the Damp and Mould / Healthy
Homes programme and will play a key role in delivering high quality
works in a timely, efficient manner for our residents and to ensure
our compliance with Awaab’s law.
Some of the
main duties of the role will include:
Completing repairs relating to Damp and Mould to relevant
specifications and designs to support the delivery of the Health
Homes / Damp and Mould programme
Carrying out
plastering, dry lining along with basic carpentry and plumbing
works or any other allocated works within trade / skill
set.
To work in other repairs or maintenance
areas within the business when capacity allows (and within skill
set) i.e. complex repairs, planned works.

About You
The successful candidate will have a minimum of either
full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 or appropriate experience
within at least 2 different trades (ideally Plastering and Dry
Lining). As well as a valid UK Driving licence as travel throughout
Norfolk and North Suffolk is required. Experience of property
maintenance (ideally residential properties), along with experience
of additional trades such as carpentry and plumbing in order to
provide a full service to our residents.
You
will be able to problem solve and work independently, when required
to do so and want to deliver an excellent and high-quality
service.
