Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Stockport | FMCGSalary: £48,000 – £56,000 DOE + 9% Pension + Bonus + Overtime (1.5x / 2x)Location: StockportShift: 2 days / 2 nights, 4 off, with 18 days off every 7 weeksAbout the CompanyMy client is a leading FMCG manufacturing site with a strong focus on machinery, plant upgrades, and automation. They have a large, experienced maintenance team and are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the departmentRole OverviewThe successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and uptime. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machineryTroubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical faultsWorking on conveyors, bearings, shafts, chains, sprockets, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motorsCompleting all maintenance logs and paperwork accurately RequirementsTo apply for this role, you should have: Minimum of a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringPrevious experience as a Maintenance EngineerStrong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approachAbility to work in a fast-paced FMCG environmentExperience across mechanical and electrical systems is desirable Benefits Competitive salary £48k – £56k DOE9% PensionBonus and overtime / 2xExcellent training and development opportunitiesSecure, long-term role within FMCG manufacturingBonusOther company benefits How to Apply:Send your CV to Interviews can be arranged immediately.ATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
