Shifts: 4 on 4 off, Days Only, 12hour shifts
Location: Birmingham

We are working with a fast paced, high precision engineering business in Birmingham seeking a talented Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on engineer with strong CNC experience and a solid background in UK manufacturing environments. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and a minimum of one years UK manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities for this Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role:
Maintain, service, and repair CNC machinery and associated equipment
Support manual and automatic machines including lathes, milling machines, planers, and bar peelers
Work across hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
Carry out detailed PPM schedules and ensure thorough shift handovers
Strip down, rebuild, install, and commission machinery
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Work proactively to minimise downtime and optimise plant performance
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
