* Salary: Up to £41,210 per annum (DOE)

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

* A recognised Apprenticeship or Qualification in M&E Services/Maintenance
(Plumbing, HVAC or electrical bias an advantage)

* 18th Edition

* F-Gas – Desirable

* Gas Safe Certification – Desirable

* City & Guilds Test and Inspection – Desirable

* Plumbing qualifications – Desirable

* A full valid UK driving licence

Working Hours & Flexibility

* 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

* Participation in an on-call rota (up to 1 in 4 weeks)

* Flexibility required for occasional out-of-hours work

* Ability to travel across the Isle of Wight and, on occasion, to other UK regions

* As this is a mobile role, a UK driving licence is essential
