Multi Skilled Maintenance Engioneer Job Title – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Salary – £53,532 - £54,000 Shift – 2's & 3's (Days & Nights | 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated, fast-paced food manufacturing site. With significant investment of over £1.2 million into the factory, this is an exciting time to join a growing and forward-thinking business that offers excellent career progression both technically and into management.Working as part of an 8-engineer team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving production performance across 4 production lines. This role is currently 60–70% reactive and 30% planned maintenance, with a strong focus on moving towards a more proactive maintenance strategy.You will be responsible for both mechanical (80%) and electrical (20%) maintenance, working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
