Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £52,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights)

An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team at a busy production site in Mansfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with a competitive salary and a balanced shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery

• Diagnose and fault-find on both electrical and mechanical systems

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise equipment efficiency

• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

• Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime

Requirements:

• Multi-skilled background with both electrical and mechanical competencies

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

• Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern
