This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer with hands-on exposure to heavy industrial plant machinery. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and a minimum of one year of UK manufacturing experience.Key Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer position:Maintenance and repair of heavy industrial machinery including furnaces, forging equipment, vacuum systems, milling machines, and hydraulic and pneumatic systemsGeneral maintenance of plant facilities across the siteServicing manual lathes, milling machines, planers, bar peelers, and similar equipmentConducting both planned and reactive maintenanceConfidently carrying out electrical and mechanical fault findingStripping, rebuilding, installing, and commissioning machinerySupporting continuous improvement and ensuring smooth plant operationRequired Experience & Skills of this Maintenance Engineer position:Minimum 2 years experience maintaining heavy industrial plant machineryStrong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsExperience in plant facilities maintenanceWelding and fitting experienceCompetent in electrical and mechanical diagnosticsExperience installing and commissioning industrial machineryHold an electrical or mechanical qualification such as NVQ or HNDCNC maintenance experience is beneficial but not essentialStrong communication skills with a reliable and flexible approachClick Apply, or contact Jamie Garcia - Courtice for more info: Thank you for your application.
