About the Role As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer at our Goxhill site, you will be fully trained to work with our specialised tools and machinery to turn raw materials into products ready for use in the construction industry.You will become an expert on the machinery and support your colleagues to produce high quality results. You will be hands-on with the day to day operations of our manufacturing site; maintaining various factory machinery, equipment and ensuring high levels of health and safety at all times. We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to safely and effectively work as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer where you will About the Role Carry out essential maintenance work through a programme of PPM Assist in developing the agility maintenance system Attend breakdowns Ensure machine safety standards are kept to the highest level and ensure critical spares are maintained Install / maintain electrical & electro-mechanical plant machinery Improve factory OEE through development and innovation of the production facility Use various types of testing equipment to locate and remedy faults Promote Lean thinking and actively look for ways to improve efficiencies Actively contribute to the creation and review of RA and SSOW Ensure adherence to Wienerbergers quality system & standards in accordance with BSEN ISO 9001 Hours of Work: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 6.00pm to 6.00am (nights) and Thursday, 6.00pm to 1.00am About You You will be apprentice trained with a minimum NVQ level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical). Successful candidates will be asked to provide copies of their relevant qualifications / carry out competence assessments ONC/BTEC
